Such a wonderful company to work for. The upper management takes such good care of their staff in times of need. No questions asked. I've never had an employer, nor will I probably ever find another that had treated me as well as the Treasure Cove has. They go over and above to take care of their staff. Some of the things the staff and management have done when tragedy strikes amazes me. No other employer could ever come close to competing with what the TCC does for their staff.

Loved working here! Management runs the place perfectly! Co-workers are amazing !! Pay was great with tips! Hours were long and exhausting, (12 hour shifts at most) always off at 2-4am. Discounts to surrounding areas. 
Ex. Spa, food. 
Dealing broke every employee but we stayed for the money and co-workers. 
Customers were 80% awful and emotionally draining and 20% were fun and encouraging. 
I would of stayed if my doctor let me. 
I developed tennis elbow and stage one for arthritus. I was 19-21 working here. 
All in All great workplace !

Cleaning Bingo Hall,  disposing of garbages and doing vacuuming under tables with industrial vacuums.
Cleaning screens and tables.
Cleaning around Casino floor and vacuuming floors around slots, gaming tables, and main entrance.
Cleaned washrooms with commercial grade cleaners.
Washed floors in kitchen and bay doors, and by the bar.
Cleaning around cafe and dining area.
Sometimes cleaned the slots , getting them ready for opening of casino and bingo at 9 am.

Usually a pretty great place to work, the people are fun to work with, until you bruise an ego. Then expect to be either pushed out by your coworkers, or flat out fired. 

Bingo staff only get four 10 minute breaks a shift which is not effective, and their schedules change multiple times a week so don't make any plans with friends and family, you'll have to work. If you do want to make plans, you ALWAYS need to book the time off.

When the day is slow, meaning less orders coming in.

Its a friendly and understanding work environment. There exists multiculturalism which allows versatility in the workforce.

Hardest part is making sure you follow the meticulous and tedious task and procedures to ensure accounatability

Has a family like atmosphere that is hard to find anywhere else. You will make lots of friends. I have, however, seen many people get fired for no apparent reason, they simply said the wrong thing to the wrong person, or a more senior staff member simply didn't like them. So job security is low, you can be fired at any time for any reason.

This place is so toxic I can't recommend anyone to work in it. The cliques are so bad, management is gossipy and dismissive of employee issues (unless it's their friend), managers seem to love the attention from the male patrons (poker players) more than listen to their dealers. Overall it is not a place I enjoy, I only work here for the money until I can get out. 

a typical day is washing dishes and making food, I learned how to balance the growing demands, management was excellent, coworkers were lots of fun to be around. banquet nights and functions were the hardest part simply because the workload increases exponentially, but the entire experience was great.

I had a great time working for the people at Treasure Cove Casino. Management quickly saw potential in me and moved me on up to bigger, better positions. They were easy to work with in terms of scheduling. People were friendly. Overall it was a great place to work.
